Basketball wristband rotations for any team 4th grade and under.
The wristbands are used to match pairs of players on the court of similar skill level and promote equal competition for teams. They also help players to know which player they are guarding.
Each week features a new pattern of colors. The color listed at the top for each week indicates your most skilled player on the court for that rotation and the color listed at the bottom should be your least skilled player during the rotation.
The skill ranking of your players should be set prior to the first game of the season from most skilled to least skilled. Remember this is about coaches from both teams working together to help all players learn and have fun.
