Evaluation Dates, Times, and Locations
You will select your preferred practice zone when you attend an evaluation or cheer clinic. All players make a team.

CHEER CLINIC
All Cheerleaders who attend will receive pom poms to take home for the season and parents may select a preferred practice location. Come ready to have fun!
Cheer Evaluation Clinic (attend for the full two hours) – Cheerleaders will rotate through stations for the Cheer Clinic to learn a few basic skills before the season. The Cheer Clinic will last 2 hours, and cheerleaders should come for the entire two hours and attend on the following date.

- October 26th - Faith Community, 8230 Cox Rd, from 1 pm to 3 pm. Attend for the full two hours. (Saturday)
- Late registrants we will place cheerleaders on a squad where space is available.

Parents may select a preferred practice zone at the evaluation. All players will be placed on a team. **NOTE: K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade players are asked to reserve your spot to attend the evaluation.**
Kindergarten (attend only one) – Players will rotate through stations for skills evaluation to help us know their current skill level and to assist in building teams for the season. The evaluation will only take a few minutes plus your wait time.

- Oct. 26 - Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church, 7127 Dutchland Pkwy, open from 9:00 am to Noon (Saturday)
- After Oct. 26 registrants will be placed on a team without an evaluation where space is available.

- October 24th – Turningpoint Church, 7019 Tylersville Road, open from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. (Thursday)
- November 2nd - West Chester Nazarene Church, 7951 Tylersville Road, open 2:15 to 3:45 pm. (Saturday)
- After November 2nd registrants will be placed on a team without an evaluation where space is available.
3rd– 4th Grade Evaluation (attend only one) – Players will rotate through stations for skills evaluation to help us know their current skill level and to assist in building teams for the season. You will reserve a time during the open hours on one of the following dates. The evaluation will only take a few minutes plus your wait time.

5th – 9th Grade Evaluation (attend only one) – Players will rotate through stations for skills evaluation and 3V3 scrimmage to help us know their current skill level and to assist in building teams for the season. 5th-9th grade players will NOT NEED TO reserve a time but can attend during the posted times for each grade level. The evaluation will take about 15 minutes plus your wait time.
- Nov. 2nd - West Chester Nazarene Church, 7951 Tylersville Road (Saturday)
- 5th and 6th-grade GIRLS – 10:00 am to 10:30 am
- 7th - 9th grade GIRLS - 10:30 am to 11:00 am
- 5th and 6th-grade BOYS - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- 7th - 9th-grade BOYS – 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
- After November 2nd registrants will be placed on a team without an evaluation where space is available.
